Healthy Schools Champion Score Cards are here

The Colorado Department of Education, the Colorado Legacy Foundation, and the Colorado Coalition for Healthy Schools present the Healthy School Champions Score Card.

 

Complete the score card with a team at your school by Jan. 10, 2012, and your school will be in the running for recognition and a monetary award. The score card assesses your school based on best practices in health education, physical education and activity, health services, nutrition services, counseling, psychological and social services, healthy and safe school environment,

health promotion for staff, and community,family and student involvement.
